shipping
◆◇ When is shipping scheduled to start?
Currently, our Shipping Mod is in the process of checking the quality of remaining merch items. Shipping is scheduled to start on February 23.◆◇ Will you be shipping every bundle at the same time?
We've received an amazing 450+ physical orders! We couldn't be happier to receive so much support 💙❤️ Our Shipping Mod is just a single volunteer, so sadly shipping all those orders at once is not possible. Shipping will be done in batches — priority given to bundles that can be shipped early, depending on our merch arrival.
The start of our shipping period will be announced on our socials (linked below). Once this period starts, feel free to send us an e-mail at any point to ask the status of your order!◆◇ Where are you shipping from?
We're shipping from the US!◆◇ How long will shipping take?
If you're in the US, in Mexico, or in Canada, shipping will usually take 1-8 business days (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, American Samoa, and other territories).
If you're outside the US, shipping will usually take from 1 to 4 weeks.
Please note the following:◆ COVID-19 regulations in place in certain countries may cause further delays in shipping.◇ International orders may be subject to additional taxes/customs duty.◆ Due to current conflict in the region, the following countries are also at risk of not accepting packages from the US: Russian Federation, Ukraine. Please refer to your local post office. (See below about Holding orders.)◆◇ Will my order be tracked?
Yes, all orders will be tracked!◆◇ Can I still change my address?
Yes! You can change your address at any point before our shipping period starts! Just send us an e-mail with your name, your order number and your new address, and we'll make the change!◆◇ I need you to hold my package. Is it possible?
Yes! Just send us an e-mail with your name and your order number to let us know and we'll keep your order safe until you're ready to have it shipped!◆◇ What about my digital bundle/add-on?
Digital bundles/add-ons have been sent by e-mail! We will be using the e-mail you used to fulfill your order, so if you haven't received yours, just send us an e-mail with your order number, so we can send you the digital bundle again!
cancellation and refunds
Due to the limited nature of our production, once manufacturing starts, all orders are considered final. Unless we are unable to fulfill your order in full, no cancellation will be offered.We will do our best to ensure your products are shipped in the best conditions. However, we won't be able to offer a refund or an exchange if:◆ The order was undelivered due to the customer giving a wrong address or failing to update their address prior to shipping.◇ The order was undelivered due to the customer not paying additional taxes/customs duty.◆ The order was damaged or missing due to events out of our control during shipping (postal carrier mishandling, theft, weather damage, etc.).In the event that an order could not be delivered and is returned to us, the customer will be asked to cover shipping charges again.We may offer a refund if:◇ The order was undelivered or damaged due to negligence on our part (mistyped address, bad sealing).◆ The order was missing items, or contained one or more incorrect or damaged/faulty items.If you've got any issue with your order, please send us an e-mail with your name and your order number, as well as a description of the issue and eventual pictures. We will do our best to resolve the issue!
leftover sales
◆◇ What are leftover sales?
When a zine closes preorders, we usually order a little over the exact amount of each merch item to account for eventual defects/misprints and damaged items during shipping we may need to replace.
Once preorders are all fulfilled and no issue remains, if our stock allows it, we will hold leftover sales to sell the remaining stock.◆◇ Will you be having leftover sales?
Ideally, yes! However, that will depend on what stock we will have left remaining after shipping.◆◇ Will you be reselling [Merch Item]/[Bundle]?
Now, as is the nature of leftover sales: we don't know yet. Our production will account for any eventual defects/misprints and damaged items during shipping we may need to replace. As such, we can’t accurately say yet how many bundles or individual items will be left once shipping period is over.
That includes any limited merch item.◆◇ I missed preorders, when are you going to open leftover sales?
Currently, our mod team is fully focused on delivering all preorders to our customers. As such, we have yet to settle on a date for leftover sales. Leftover sales will be announced on our socials, so stay tuned if you're interested!
